Two settings decide whether yew2K can time a shot at all. Set them before anything else.
| Setting | Value | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Shot Timing | Shots and Layups | Required. Anything else and the script cannot time shots. |
| Shot Meter | Off | Meter on = narrower green window. |
| Shot Feedback | All Shots | Shows whether you are early or late. |
| Visual Cue | Jump or Set Point | — |
| Pro Stick | Shots and Dribbles (with Dribble Moves) or Shots Only | — |
| Controller deadzones | About 5% both sticks | Raise if drift. |
Where to test
Offline MyCourt timing differs from online. Test values in online MyCourt, then Rec. After each patch, re-run the Generator and validate again.
Reading the feedback
For every Auto-Green page: early → raise the value; late → lower the value. Auto-Green's range is 300–900 ms in 5 ms steps. Button Rhythm has no formula; try fades and stand-stills at each value and keep what feels best.
Jumpshot
Fast, straight releases give the widest green windows. Recommended bases: Oscar Robertson, Steph Curry, Damian Lillard; releases Oscar/Oscar or Curry/Curry; speed max; blend 50/50 if mixing. Avoid slow bases such as Kobe or MJ, exaggerated wind-ups and hitchy animations. If you brick with sensible values, the jumpshot is almost always the problem.
